Senior Purchase Executive
Experience:4-7 years (should have experience in corporate sales)

Location : Ahmedabad (Ambli-Bopal Area)
  • Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle for our cafes, restaurants, and kitchen projects.
  • Source the right materials at the best prices, ensuring they meet our exact specifications and arrive on time.
  • Gather quotes and documentation to kickstart the purchasing process.
  • Compare at least three quotes for every purchase to get the best deal.
  • Create purchase orders based on approved quotes and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research and inspect supplier facilities to stay informed and identify opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules that benefit our business.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with our goals and budget.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess stock.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand their needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations related to procurement.
  • Regularly evaluate supplier performance and build long-lasting partnerships. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
