You can only return your product and claim for a refund within 5 days of your purchase, To initiate your refund requests, please send us an email on feedback@roastea.in setting out the reason for returning the product and claiming a refund.
You can only return and claim refund for an item if a defective or a damaged product has been shipped.
If an item is defective or damaged, instead of a refund request, you can request for an exchange of that same item within 5 days of your purchase by sending an email to feedback@roastea.in and setting out the reason for your exchange. Please note that exchange requests can be made only if the product delivered by us is defective or damaged. If a wrong product was order by customer, we will not accept any exchange or refund requests.
Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)
Once you send us a refund request or an exchange request, as mentioned above, we will send an email, to the same email address from which you initiated the refund request or the exchange request, as the case may be, to let you know if you are eligible to claim a refund or an exchange of your product and the address you should return your damaged or defective product to (if applicable). Once we receive your returned item, after examination we will let you know if your refund or exchange request is accepted or not .If your refund request is accepted, your refund will be processed, we will initiate the appropriate refund at our end and credit your original form of payment within 2-4 working days. .
If your exchange request is accepted, you will receive your exchanged product within 5-7 working days, subject to factors like location, connectivity etc. If we do not have the stock of the item requested in exchange, we will initiate the appropriate refund at our end and credit your original form of payment within 2-4 working days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before the order has been processed and shipped. If an order is cancelled after the order has been processed and shipped, we will charge a cancellation fee in lieu of the charges borne by us to cancel such order on your behalf.
Where your order is declined, cancelled or limited by us after your bank account has been charged for the purchase, we will initiate the appropriate refund at our end and credit your original form of payment within 2-4 working days.

You can get your favourite beverage every month by making a subscription.
Your subscription will only be valid for the chosen products and not for anything else.
