Before That!

Let's know what a cappuccino exactly is!

Cappuccino is an Italian coffee drink that usually has double espresso, warm milk, and foam on top. No matter what the person wants, cream can be used instead of milk. Lattes with a thicker layer of microfoam tend to have more volume than cappuccinos.

The Italian word for cappuccino means "little cap," which is an excellent way to describe the foamed milk that sits on top of the espresso base in this drink. On the other hand, history suggests that the name "cappuccino" comes from the clothes that monks in the Capuchin order wear. This refers to the striking similarities between the monks' brown hooded cowls and shaved heads, which make them look a lot like the famous drink.

Making that “Perfect” Cappuccino coffee at home!

It's really simple and easy to make cappuccino at home with this recipe. You also don't need any special ingredients or tools. To make this homemade cappuccino, all you need is coffee powder (we will discuss the same in detail later), milk, and a sweetener.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 3

What You Need:

  • 4 to 6 tablespoons of coffee powder
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar (as per your taste)
  • 3 tablespoons of water and 500 ml of milk (as per your choice)
  • Optional: chocolate powder or cinnamon powder.
  • Optional: Chocolate Syrup

Let us make the cappuccino:

  • As a first step, we will make the premix for the cappuccino. In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of coffee powder together.
  • Put in 4 to 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Mix it up well.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of water and mix well until the sugar is gone.
  • It can be done by hand, with an electric beater, or with a mixer. Beat the mixture until it gets light, creamy, and foamy. After being beaten, it should be twice as big as it was before.
  • Put the cappuccino premix in a jar that won't let air in, and put it in the fridge. It can be kept for 15 to 20 days.
  • Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan and stir it with a hand whisk until it foams up.
  • Put about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of cappuccino mix into a coffee mug.
  • Cover it with hot milk. A soft stir will make a smooth, foamy cappuccino.
  • You can put chocolate syrup or coffee powder on top of the cappuccino and serve it right away.

Because the coffee has so much flavor, it stands out even when mixed with milk, giving your cappuccino a pleasant and fragrant taste.

  • High quality and freshness

One of the best things about Roastea's Superpower Coffee is how fresh it is. The beans come from certain areas that are known for making high-quality coffee, and they are roasted in small batches to keep them as fresh as possible. Roastea's freshly ground coffee beans will give your cappuccino a bright and full-bodied flavor, which is important for making a great homemade cappuccino.

  • The finest crema

The coffee beans have a direct effect on the crema, which is the golden, creamy layer on top of a well-pulled espresso shot.
